Who is Stefan?

Stefan is the co-founder of Simple Prepare and an experienced professional with an impressive background in military medicine and medical training. As a military flight nurse and instructor at the Defence Healthcare Education and Training Centre (DGOTC), he gained extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in emergency care, intensive care, and trauma care. He has trained countless soldiers from the army, air force, and navy to become military nurses and understands better than anyone how crucial proper preparation is.

At Simple Prepare, his mission is to provide people with the foundation to develop their confidence and capabilities. With a practical approach, Stefan teaches how to act effectively in challenging and unexpected circumstances—whether it’s an accident in nature, a crisis in daily life, or a complex medical emergency.
