About Simple Prepare

We are Mikhaël and Stefan, the founders of Simple Prepare.

Simple Prepare is built around who we are, what we have done and what we believe: preparation should be practical, reliable and grounded in real experience.

Stefan brings years of hands-on medical experience from military and emergency care environments, including his work as a Flight Nurse. He knows what it means to act under pressure, to make clinical decisions when time is limited and to rely on equipment that simply has to work.

Mikhaël’s background started in healthcare, where he worked for several years as a physiotherapist before joining the Dutch Armed Forces. That experience gave him a strong understanding of the human body, injury, recovery and the importance of clear, practical action. In the Army, he served as an Officer Medical Corps, where leadership, responsibility and preparedness became part of his professional foundation.

Today, Mikhaël brings that same mindset into civilian leadership: creating structure, making clear decisions and building systems people can trust. Stefan brings the operational medical perspective: what works in real situations, what does not and what equipment deserves a place in an emergency kit.

Together, we founded Simple Prepare because we believe emergency preparedness should be accessible without becoming superficial. Not everyone needs to be a medical professional, but everyone should have access to the right knowledge, the right training and carefully selected equipment before help arrives.

That is why we created the LifeSaver.
