1. Right of Withdrawal (EU)

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you received your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within this 14-day period. After notifying us, you have an additional 14 days to return the product.

2. Conditions for Returns

Returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be returned in good condition
  • The product may be unpacked and inspected to assess its nature and functionality
  • The product must not show signs of excessive use, damage, or contamination

Important:
If the product shows signs of use beyond what is necessary for inspection, we may apply a reduction in value to the refund, in accordance with EU law.

3. How to Return an Item

To return a product:

  1. Contact us to notify us of your return request

  2. Pack the item securely to prevent damage

  3. Include your order number or proof of purchase

  4. Send the package to the return address provided by us

Returns sent without prior notification may not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • We do not provide prepaid return labels
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 30 days after receiving the returned product or proof of return
